Purple Police Code of Conduct

1. We will stop bullying.
2. We will stop scamming.
3. We will make sacrifices if we must.
4. We will push the boundaries to defend, even if it means destroying our reputation.
5. We will not join or ally ourselves with chaos, evil or bullies.
6. We will report any bullies, scammers, racists, inappropriateness, etc.
7. You will alert your leader of any sightings of bad behavior.
8. You will care for others as though they are your life.
9. You will be selfless and noble.
10. You will teach wrong to be right.
11. Any bad behavior from a team member will be righted and the team member must redeem themselves to retain their status as a police.
12. You do not have to be strict, serious and humorless. Like Code of Conduct rule #8, you treat others like yourself or like your best friend. With your best friend, don't you usually crack a few jokes and be friendly?
13. Even if your best friend is being rude, you should probably report them. They might not really be a friend.
14. You must agree to all these rules.

A Big Deal

Hey guys,
   I was playing dragons with my friend, myst1234, when Jammer41227 burst into my den with the biggest report I think I've ever had. She said that a scammer had been spotted, named abbeybuddyme... and she was spotted alongside none other than animalgirl4314, who had been scamming as well. Gracedudu and Jammer41227 had been witnesses of this. Animalgirl4314 was also calling us names and saying we were immature. She even said the Purple Police were dumb, and she was yelling too. She was bullying, and also pretending to beat us up. And for this act of disgrace, I am going to take animalgirl off the team until she can prove that she is either innocent or if she redeems herself in return for what she did. This is very against the Purple Police Code.
   Yeah, we don't have a code, I know, but still, this is not what a police is made for. Oh, and if you want a code, I'll post it some other time. Anyways, that's not the point.

Epic Den and Sad News and Good News

Hey guys,
    Today on Animal Jam, I was going to have my sister over for a special dinner when all of a sudden, a small group of people flooded into my den. After a couple moments of interrogating, I found out that my den was on the Epic Dens list. Well, after that, I just let the people come and flow. Several of the original jammers looked like they knew the Purple Police. My sister was kind of mad that we couldn't have our special dinner. I told her we could reschedule.
   Also, we have some sad news. Poptropica888's user has been deleted! That means that I will be moving myst1234 up to the spot on the Arctifeline team for the reason that we can communicate about problems easily. Until further notice, poptropica888 is pending for a job under a different user.
   We also have some good news. I have an arctic wolf now! Also, the T-Shirt designs are almost done! We will have three designs to vote on. I will post them as a poll on the side of the screen when they are finished.

The Greatness of Before: A Piece of Writing that Sympathizes Non-members

I was there when this happened. I was there when Animal Jam was first born. And this is the true story of how wonderful it was.
    Long ago, there was no such thing as members. Everybody could color whatever item they wanted, buy any item they wanted. They could have whatever animal they wanted as long as they only had two. (this was not for member reasons.) Anybody could receive a gift from a Jam-A-Gram, no matter who they were. There was no such thing as the Trade System. There was no Appondale or Mt. Shiveer. But there was happiness everywhere.
 Then something weird happened. One day, a new animal came out, called the seal. And membership came out. Everyone was confused, and for the first month that the seal was released, it was for members only. Then, it was finally free for everyone. But the items had been marked 'Members Only' and such, and despite Mt. Shiveer being released with the seal, things started going wrong. Appondale was added, and so were the giraffe, crocodile, rhino, horse, and elephant. Most people hoped that they would end up being for everybody too. Boy, were they wrong. Things just got worse.
  Members started getting 'Members Only' animals, games, items, clothing, pets, and lots more. Even areas that were for members! More and more 'Member' animals added up, creating an unfair selection for Non-members. Then, you couldn't color your items anymore, and you barely could buy anything awesome.
   Then, the ocean came along. Sharks, dolphins, turtles, and octopuses: 'Members Only.' All you could get were the Penguin and Seal if you were not a member. Plus, more dens were added. 'Members Only.'
 After that, gift cards for lions and arctic wolves and snow leopards came out. And not only that, but the Diamond shop! Plus, two more 'Member Animals.' The fox and the raccoon.
  Everything was a mess. The money made off of Membership went to good causes and kept the website running, but I know and feel the sympathy of those who feel lost and sad, or maybe angry. However, this may be a good thing.
   You don't have to be a member to be special.
      You don't have to pay money to get cool stuff when it's already in you.
           You don't have to be lost.
               You can just cherish what you have.
                  Here's why: if you were from this long time ago, you will more than likely have a Beta Purple Glove that was not for 'Members Only,' and few people have that now. (I do) So I say that you still have some nice things that others might not.
          Plus, you're great just the way you are!
              This has been my sympathy for non-members. Have Fun, and Jam On!

MY BIRTHDAY!!! and Report on T-shirt Designs

      My birthday is in seven days! OMG I'm so excited! So, I'm going to have a birthday party in my den, and I expect you guys to come.... cuz I've got an awesome party set up. Plus it would be so sad if nobody came to my birthday!!!!!! P:S: Come to my den in Freedom-themed outfits; my birthday is July 5th. That is also the day you will come over to my den.
   By the way, do not get mad about the T-shirt designs not being ready yet. They're just designs, not actual T-shirts, and also, I am pretty busy making them right now. So just relax.

Day III of Snow Leopard and New Party Coming Up

Hey guys,
    This is SirArcticCat and gracedudu (well kind of) here with the latest news. Whirlwindwolf6 entered a trivia competition and did really well, considering she only missed 2 questions and answered the rest super fast.
  Also, today was Day 3 of having a snow leopard. I really like the snow leopard because it brings out the ArcticCat part of my name, so I like to think of it as 'full evo.' I met gracedudu and we played with glitches and stuff, and I really liked showing her my snow leopard. Grace also told me that she got rid of some scammers. She reported firetigerx and one of the scammers, emb0, got away. I guess they care more about getting stuff and fleeing than people. Well, good thing we are going to (or already have) alerted faithinjesus. Snow leopards rock, go Animal Jam!
   So anyways, there's a new party coming up called the Purple Police 1st Anniversary party! Grace and I made a video explaining all about it, but the video footage was too big and so therefore I am writing about it. It is on June 11 (though I know that the Purple Police was made in, like, August). To attend, you must wear white or purple, and the party is at gracedudu's den. There will be lots of fun things to do! Plus, this is an all-day event!

Membership and Peace

Hey guys!
     Today I got my snow leopard early. At first I was mad because I thought the card had left me without a snow leopard, but then I realized that I was supposed to use my 10 diamonds on either a lion, arctic wolf, or snow leopard. So I bought my leopard.
   Another reason I am posting is because:
#1. WE SERIOUSLY NEED MORE VIEWS!!!!
#2. I am starting a group.
I am starting a fun summer group called Camp Purple Poli-fun! It's a purple police-started group where basically you have summer fun and do activities. Like...
#1. Meet new friends
#2. Make artwork or music
#3. Find a new talent
#4. Go to the carnival with our group!
#5. Go sliding or bungee-jumping, etc.
And all of this is with a group! You can meet with us from 8:00 in the morning to 9:00 in the morning and do fun activities!

  Today I was messing around on Animal Jam (which I haven't done in a while because of school) and I realized the Summer Carnival was open. So I went there and got some cotton candy, which is agreeably enjoyable even on the computer. Does anyone still remember how to make the phantom cotton candy? I do.
   Aren't things so much more enjoyable when they're secrets, like the secret white-silver-blue color, the Brady Barr's roof glitch (disabled), the Jamaa Township roof glitch, and the cotton candy? I wish AJ could put some more in. Not complaining or anything, just saying that I look forward to more.
    I also hope they could put some more animals in. I have literally almost every animal (I have every non-gift card animal, a lion, and am awaiting a snow leopard for my birthday) and I think they could add some more. I just think it would be cool. I apologize if I sound like I am complaining. Ooh! I know! I'll put up a poll on my favorite animals that I would like them to add and you can vote on which one would be best for me to vote!

Forceful Trader and Theme

Today in the Jam Practice, a wolf was yelling at someone. Her name was FutureFire131, and she was mad because that someone, named ninja520673, was forcing her to trade him her bow, and if she didn't, he would report her. Well, he ran off before I could catch him or ask him anything, so I questioned FutureFire131. She was big on trading and really wanted my two-year-old purple glove that had cost something around 2,200 gems when I'd first gotten it. You can't get it anymore, so she was really begging for it. I managed to get by, trading her a Medusa mask for an Eagle hat. That's not my point, though. That ninja jammer was being quite rude, and I need faithinjesus on the case ASAP. She must report this player immediately. After all, that is her special job. Gracedudu, you read this blog more than any Purple Police in our squads. Please alert faithinjesus.
This 'trading' business is really starting to concern me. People are forcing each other to trade, and often times they are forcing them to trade them something good and then trading the other one awful things. People are getting very violent. I need jammers out there to stop this now. And sometimes, people just want to keep their things! Why won't everyone get along? Things are things! They can be replaced, but people can't! I am going to start a no-trade boycott if this doesn't stop. (joke)

Anyhow, about the theme part of this post. I have become inspired to make a Purple Police theme song to keep you listening to while you wait for our T-shirt franchise appearance. It's very nice, and it's an answer to one of our comments, the one made by Ir Foster on our first post. Ir Foster, we do take down clans, but only if they are driving people out of a certain area. Everybody in Jamaa has a right to be anywhere. Below is our theme song.

The Clarinet Roadie Couple?

Hi, Jammers! You know the new Band stuff that animal jam is selling? And the concert party? Well, just recently, some jammers became legendary AJ roadies, which is kind of weird. They're a traveling band featuring clarinet player Rocky Roadie, a brown and red wolf wearing a top hat, and then there's singer Lavina Lovin' Lavender. Just today, I saw them stomping around and playing concert all over Coral Canyons. They also went to Epic Wonders. When Rocky is playing his clarinet, he speaks in music terms and notes, and then Lavina sings whatever song she has to sing with him. Today they played a nice, bumpy tune. Once Again, MEMBER-FLIP

Hi jammers, I haven't posted in a long time, cuz everything's going so well! Turns out, I'm not a member anymore. I'm going to miss my dear little raccoon and all my pets, buuuuuuuut here's the good news! I'm going to apply for my purple cat leaf ear symbol right now! Lol. I'm just a Purple Police, through and through. I hope you guys still recognize me. I've got a seal and a wolf now, which used to be common animals for nonmembers and probably still are. Luv ya guys! I hope you're still following me. The people aren't streaming in as much these days, but that's my fault, because I haven't been posting anything. You know, it's pretty nice to be back. It's just so pleasant to see people I know, people I don't, and people who know me but I don't know them. So since I'm back, I'm gonna set up a challenge for you guys. If I get 500 more views, which I hope I do, I will give you some footage of a T-Shirt designing franchise for the Purple Police. It's gonna be awesome, so give me some views! Glitchy Clone and PP Plaque

The online safety tests have begun. I got my plaque on the first try and I hung it in all of my dens, which took like five or ten minutes. So the Purple Police official symbol is the Safety Plaque, symbolizing our duty.

Also, my sister and I went to her den and played house. Her bed was on the second story and mine was the basement. I went to her room and she wasn't there, but on her computer she was, and I wasn't there. Then, on my computer, she ran off, walked on the wall, glided down to the first floor, jittered around, turned the corner, entered the basement, dashed in circles, and ran back up the basement steps. But on her computer, she wasn't doing anything! So she changed animals and the mysterious clone's body disappeared, the shadow and nametag remained, and then those disappeared. It was so weird! Whirlwindwolf6 freaked out, I mean she actually just stared wide-eyed at the computer. Has it happened to any of you before?

So anyways, Have Fun, and Jam On! But one quick thing, umm... have any of you solved the puzzle in the February newsletter yet? If so, what's the animal? I think it's some sort of a monkey, like a golden tamarin, or maybe it's just the snow leopard being released for everyone. So comment if you know what it is! New Member

We have a new member in the Purple Police site, her name is faithinjesus! She has a special job. It is not anybody's job to report the scammers we find, so we have a new member named faithinjesus to be our Honorary Reporter Member. We could not fit any more members into our patrol list, so we gave her this nice little duty that makes her important. Do not be jealous of her, it is only because we couldn't fit her. So, if you ever find a scammer, just go look for faithinjesus and tell her to report them! So anyways, Have Fun, and Jam On!

My New '2013' Look!

There's going to be a new change in the Purple Police! It's 2013, and it's time for our annual color change! This year, the Purple Police are going arctic-themed. If you know how to do the secret color in the color change menu, then you can be arctic-white blue with any color of your choice for color 2 and pattern, if you want to. (Non-members with the secret code who want to do this cannot choose their pattern.) This is going to be a fun 2013, so let's go 'Arctic Cat' this year!Oh, and if you are curious about the coming years or the previous year's colors, then here is a list.

2012- Purple and tan
2013- Arctic blues
2014- Black and Pink
2015- Green
2016- Yellow
